Strict cold chain standards are applied to all our frozen French fries and VF semi-finished potato products to safeguard stable texture and taste. Right after production, finished goods are immediately transferred to professional cold storage warehouses, where the temperature is maintained constantly below -18°C.

Our transportation procedures follow equally rigorous temperature rules. Products are loaded into insulated refrigerated containers straight from the cold storage without unnecessary delays. The internal temperature of every refrigerated box must stay at or below -18°C throughout transit and loading/unloading.

This full closed-loop cold system thoroughly prevents repeated thawing and refreezing of the potato products. Any fluctuation in low temperature would damage the original crisp and mellow potato flavor. By controlling storage and delivery temperatures consistently, we make sure every batch arrives intact with its original premium eating experience preserved completely.
